Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms aim to define the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between StellarScript (hereinafter the "Company") and the user in connection with the use of the API service (hereinafter the "Service") provided by the Company.

Article 2 (Service Content)

The services provided by the Company are as follows:

  • Personality analysis APIs (Profile Interaction, Consumer, Full)
  • Compatibility analysis APIs (Pair Compatibility, Best Match)
  • Related technical documentation and support

Article 3 (Service Fees)

Service fees are charged based on the number of API calls, and the specific rates follow those posted on the pricing page of the website. The Company may change the fees and will notify users at least 30 days in advance of any change.

Article 4 (User Obligations)

  • The obligation to keep the API key secure
  • The obligation not to use the Service for unlawful purposes
  • The obligation not to infringe the rights of others
  • The obligation to pay service fees within the due date

Article 5 (Restrictions on Service Use)

The Company may restrict use of the Service in the following cases:

  • When service fees are unpaid
  • When the Terms are violated
  • When excessive load is placed on the system
  • Other cases that hinder service operation

Article 6 (Limitation of Liability)

The Company shall not be liable when it cannot provide the Service due to force majeure such as natural disasters, war, or service suspension by a telecommunications carrier. In addition, the analysis results provided through the API are for reference only, and the Company is not liable for decisions made based on them.

Article 7 (Dispute Resolution)

Disputes regarding these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's headquarters shall be the competent court.
